Terms of Use

Effective date: September 9, 2026. Site: https://www.useordinate.com.

Agreement

By using this site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

This site is a marketing and waitlist property for Ordinate, Inc.

"Tax — Available now" on this site means you may join a waitlist. It does not mean Ordinate is presently preparing, reviewing, authorizing, or electronically filing your return. Electronic filing requires Ordinate’s own authorized EFIN, a named signing preparer on Form 8879, and a completed product flow. Until then, no live e-file is offered.

Pages labeled Coming Soon (Legal, Real Estate, Architecture) are future verticals / waitlists only. They are not live filing or recording services.

Not tax, legal, or filing advice

Nothing on this site is tax advice, legal advice, or an offer to represent you before the IRS or any state. Credential examples and case-study names on marketing pages (including any named CPA used only as a study) are not an assignment of a preparer to you.

Waitlists

Submitting a waitlist form requests information or access when available. We may accept or decline any request. Form fields are limited (e.g., name, email, short role/company text). Do not submit Social Security numbers or tax return documents through waitlist forms.

Accounts and security

If we later offer accounts, you are responsible for credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use.

Intellectual property

Ordinate, the Ordinate wordmark, and site content are owned by Ordinate, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or use them except as needed to use the site or with our written permission.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDINATE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDINATE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR WAITLISTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnity

You will indemnify Ordinate against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

Delaware law governs, without conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is state or federal courts in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
