Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Ordinate marketing site and waitlists only. It does not cover tax return preparation, review, or electronic filing. Those services are not live until Ordinate has an authorized EFIN and a named signing preparer on the return.

Who we are

Ordinate, Inc. ("Ordinate," "we," "us") operates useordinate.com.

Entity: Ordinate, Inc., a Delaware corporation. EIN and registered-agent details are for IRS / state filings, not for public marketing pages.

What we collect on this site

Waitlists (/, /partners, /professionals): name, email, and any short free-text fields you choose to submit (for example, company or role). We do not ask for Social Security numbers, tax returns, W-2s, or other tax return information on these forms.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID configured on the host). GA may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect device/browser data, pages viewed, and events such as waitlist_submit.

CRM: Waitlist submissions are stored in HubSpot (or a successor CRM) as a processor for Ordinate. No Social Security numbers and no tax return packets in CRM.

We do not knowingly sell personal information.

How we use it

To run and improve waitlists and to contact you about Ordinate (partners, professionals, or consumer tax waitlist, as applicable).

To measure site traffic and waitlist conversion (GA4).

To operate and secure the site.

We will not use waitlist email to open or process a tax return. Before any use or disclosure of tax return information for preparation, review, or filing, you will receive a separate IRC §7216 consent where required.

Cookies

We use cookies / local storage as needed for GA4 and basic site function. You can control cookies through your browser. Declining analytics cookies may limit our measurement but not the waitlist forms themselves.

Sharing

We share data with HubSpot (CRM / form processing), Google (Analytics), hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf, and professional advisers or authorities if required by law.

We do not sell waitlist lists.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept until you ask to be removed or we no longer need them for the waitlist purpose, then deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, unless law requires longer retention.

Your choices

Email hello@useordinate.com to access, correct, or delete waitlist information, or to opt out of marketing email. Transactional messages about a request you made may still be sent.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
